Main Technical Requirements
The customer’s transfer vehicle is mainly used for transferring mechanical workpieces, which requires a longer power supply for the transfer vehicle, so it needs a 400Ah maintenance-free lead-acid battery with large capacity, safe and reliable performance.
Brief Description of the Project
The lead battery transfer car purchased for this project is the customer’s own use equipment, a 3T turntable and 2T railcar added by the new plant construction, the car is used to transport heavy workpieces and run in the workshop. The rail car is controlled by an employee remote control to run the operation, and threaded holes are added to the table surface to facilitate the customer to add workpieces on the table.
