The lead battery transfer car purchased for this project is the customer’s own use equipment, a 3T turntable and 2T railcar added by the new plant construction, the car is used to transport heavy workpieces and run in the workshop. The rail car is controlled by an employee remote control to run the operation, and threaded holes are added to the table surface to facilitate the customer to add workpieces on the table.
The client is primarily installing a supporting facilities project for a new factory, designing the layout to store farm equipment, automated rail transfer car + rotating turntable to match, complete with access to the depot!
The climbing degree of the transfer vehicle needs to be 5 degrees, and the communication interface is reserved for the customer to hook up other systems later. Conduct test equipment testing, later also need to purchase a large number of testing equipment supporting.
Customers need to consider the safety, frequency of use, and use of trackless electric transfer cart handlers for transferring goods between workshops and for handling finished goods. Save transport time and be able to carry out handling operations more efficiently
The project was a transfer cart for the customer company for a complete in-house purification vessel, which needed to be moved inside the workshop with a tank!
The customer has previously purchased our transfer cart, and the transfer cart has been used smoothly, using our 10t trackless car, using nearly 6 years, the wheels are considered wear and tear parts, now wear some, want to re-purchase, install and use a new one.
The electric flat car is mainly used to transport metal parts, hydraulic power machinery, and some mechanical parts in the workshop. The environment of transportation is not complicated, inside the workshop, so there will be high requirements on safety, and it needs to be with sound and light alarm function to ensure the safety of people inside the workshop. It should also be equipped with an intelligent charger to facilitate the charging of the electric flat car.
The client is a company that manufactures high voltage disconnect switches, high voltage combination appliances, high voltage circuit breakers, high voltage current transformers, high voltage transformers and provides related technical consultation.
The customer is a machinery manufacturing company, so there are steel plates, steel and some steel structure of the number of parts, the frame is relatively large objects to carry, need to transport these large plates and frame structure in the workshop inside to the different processes of machinery next to reprocessing, so the space for handling is mainly in the workshop, the interior, handling scene is relatively flat, space enough is in the transfer car plate needs to increase a little.
The client is an economic and trading company, established on April 17, 2012, and its business scope includes the wholesale and retail of hardware, mechanical and electrical equipment, scales, electronic components, special equipment and accessories for oil drilling, etc.
