Working Process of Hydraulic Lifting Transfer Trolley

The material is hoisted onto lifting buggy by a crane. In order to prevent materials from sliding on lift buggy, a rubber sheet can be laid on the table. Precautions of Coil Lift Cart

• When loading coils with lift buggy, the coils should be placed in the middle of the V-frame. It is strictly forbidden to use it with an uneven load or overload.
• When placing the coil, it should be stable. It is strictly forbidden to use any loading method that causes a violent impact on lift buggy, such as a fast or violent collision.
• The use of rail lift buggy with the unwinder: When loading the coil, the V-frame must be in the lowest position, that is, the bottom of the V-frame is in direct contact with electric flat car table. After the coil is placed in place and stable, run rail lift transfer cart to the unwinder loading position, then start the oil cylinder, lift the coil into place, slowly lift buggy, push the coil into place, and after the coil is positioned, lower the V-frame to the lowest position, exit rail transfer cart, and use it in this cycle.
• When loading or unloading the coil or when lift buggy for coil is running under load, it is strictly forbidden to stand on both sides of rail cart to prevent accidents.
• When operating coil transfer cart, do not pull the handle control line hard to prevent damage to the aviation plug. Do not touch the end stop of the track during operation.
• Lift buggy should move slowly during operation. It is strictly forbidden to change the direction of travel or apply reverse brakes at a fast speed.
• It is strictly forbidden to use rail transfer trolley to push, hit, drag or pull other transfer carts or objects on the track.
• If lift buggy is inspected, maintained, or deactivated or there is a sudden power outage during operation, transfer cart and transformer power supply must be turned off in time.
• Do a good job of maintenance, lubrication, repair, and cleaning of lift buggy on rail.
