BDG series low-voltage electric rail transfer cart: the ordinary voltage is reduced to 36 volts safety voltage and then connected to the rail to supply power to the flat car motor through the rail. Due to the use of 36V safety voltage, the highest safety performance; as no cable car outside without wiring, so not afraid of hot, not afraid of smashing, do not hinder cross transport, with these other flat car incomparable advantages to become the VIP (VIP) of the rail electric flat car line. But its higher cost, track construction requirements are strict, must ensure that the track insulation, more than a certain running distance when the track should add copper row compensation line, running distance longer must also increase the number of step-down transformers, and poor rainproof water is not suitable for use in open places.
BTL type cable-powered electric rail transfer cart: one end of the cable is connected to the ground power supply, through the cable sheave, traction wire rope into the control box, and then provide power to the YZ motor on the flat car, to drag the flat car running. But the running distance can not be too long, generally can not exceed 50m, too long easy to wind the cable.
BHX type safety slip wire powered electric rail transfer cart: open a trench on the side of the track, install safety slip wire in the trench, and lay a single surface on the trench with hinges fixed on the ground. The trench is hinged to the floor. The cover is lifted by the trench flap device installed on the trolley during operation. The cover is automatically put back on the ground after the electric trolley passes. It can ensure the smooth passage of trackless vehicles. The trench flap-type electric flat car is not limited by the running distance.
BXC type battery-powered electric rail transfer cart: powered by battery, the battery provides power to the DC traction motor, and the DC motor drags the flat car to run. Compared with AC motor, DC motor has the advantages of not being easy to burn, large starting torque and strong overload capacity. The running distance is not limited. It has greater safety performance and mobility flexibility than KPJ and KPD series flat cars, and the running distance is not limited, and there is no insulation requirement for the track, so the construction is convenient and low cost.
